Baked Halibut

Ingredients
1 pound Halibut fillet
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
Juice from one medium sized lemon
Chopped fresh herbs of choice (if desired)
Side/s for serving such as:
Asparagus
Potatoes
Okra
Rice
Pasta
And/or salad

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Stir the salt, black pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice and olive oil together in a bowl.
  3. Place the halibut on a sheet pan or in a baking dish, then brush it with the oil mixture. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with herbs if desired and serve with a side or sides of choice.
