Sausage Sweet Potato Sheet-Pan Dinner

Ingredients
2 large Sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
1 large Sweet onion (cut into wedges)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
3 small Pears
19 ounces Sausage links (original recipe suggests Italian)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put the sweet potatoes & onions in a baking pan and drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle them with the seasonings. Toss to coat.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes, then gently stir in the pears and top with sausages. Bake for 20 more minutes.
  3. Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees, stir, then bake for 8 to 10 more minutes turning once.
