Sage-Rubbed Salmon

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Minced fresh sage
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 1/2 pounds Skin-on salmon fillet
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and mix the sage, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together. Cut the salmon fillet into 6 portions
  2. Rub the seasoning over the salmon. Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet and cook the salmon skin side down for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the skillet into the oven and let cook for 10 minutes.
