Easy Grilled Cabbage

<p>Do you ever wonder what to do with the lovely green or purple cabbage you see at the farmers market? Not really a huge slaw fan? Quarter the cabbage drizzle with your favorite oil, olive, peanut, sesame etc. A few shakes of Salt and Pepper then grill! You will love the sweetness that is brought out by the grilling process. Enjoy as is or chop it up to make a fantastic slaw!</p>

Serves: 4-6 people as side dish
Vegan!

Ingredients
1 head Green/Purple Cabbage
2 Tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Water

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat Grill to Medium Heat. Cut Cabbage into quarters. If very large cut it into 6 wedges. Drizzle wedges with Olive oil and freshly ground salt and pepper. Place cabbage, with outer leaves of grill so seasonings drip through the cabbage leaves. Splash a few drops of water onto cut portion of cabbage so cabbage steams a bit. Cover and grill for 7 minutes. Turn cabbage cut side down and grill for an additional 5 minutes, cover. Repeat. Enjoy as is or chop up and make a smoky slaw
