Crustless Quiche

Serves: 4-8


Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup cream or milk
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup Vidalia onion, sauteed
1/2 cup mushrooms, sauteed
pinch salt and pepper
pinch garlic powder
1 cup chopped ham, cooked

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. Beat eggs and cream together then add remaining ingredients. If using frozen broccoli, thaw first. Stir well then pour into pan and bake 35 minutes or until center is firm.
  2. To freeze, simply pour into freezer bags and freeze. Thaw completely before baking.
