Easy Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
12 jalapeno Peppers
12 green olives
12 1 inch cubes cheddar cheese

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wash peppers and trim the stem off and remove seeds from the top. Stuff the cheese into the bottom of the pepper then place the olive on top of the cheese. Place in a microwave safe dish and microwave on medium high for 2 minutes. For those that do not use the microwave, stand the peppers up in a steamer basket, place over a small amount of boiling water and steam for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
