Duck Egg Mayonnaise

From Oklahoma Farm Fresh

A thick, rich and creamy mayonnaise made with a duck egg yolk. And yes, It’s Paleo. You can substitute 1 large chicken egg yolk but will miss out on the incredible flavor and amazing thickness the duck egg gives. Macadamia nut oil is the preferred oil.

If you want yours European style with olive oil, do not use all extra virgin olive oil in this or else you will end up with a bitter tasting mayonnaise. If you want this to be olive oil flavored mix in a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil with avocado oil. This also makes a little over a cup.

If you don’t want to do the whisked version you can try a much easier alternative with an immersion blender, just be sure to use the same ingredients from my recipe and put in all the ingredients at the beginning.
Vegetarian!

Easy Vietnamese Basic Dipping Sauce

From Athens Locally Grown

This basic sauce is almost as ubiquitous in Southeast Asian cooking as catsup is in ours. Called Nuoc cham (“nook chahm”), it can be made in many versions, some cooked, some uncooked. Many nuoc cham recipes use a commercial preparation called “fish sauce”; it’s made from fermented anchovies, and smells awful but tastes good. However, substituting soy sauce (which the Vietnamese themselves also sometimes do) makes the recipe vegan and it still is tasty.
Vegan!

English Pea and Radish Salad

From Athens Locally Grown

True Southerners use the name “English peas” to describe the bright green peas that are the only ones known to most of the rest of the country. (That’s because we are lucky enough to also have any number of other yummy summer-grown peas, from crowder peas to pink-eye purple-hulled peas, just to name a few.) Still, English peas make a wonderful spring dish with other fresh seasonal ingredients…This simple recipe takes about 10 minutes to fix, and is ready to serve in less than half an hour. It is closely based on a recipe from a delightful new cookbook written by an Athens, GA native who is now a food editor for Southern Living magazine. Take a moment and check it out!
Vegetarian! Extra Veggie Marinara

If you happen to be a canner this is a great marinara to put by. I have to warn that it is slightly time intensive, maybe 3 hours + canning and processing. Fennel Coleslaw with an Herbed Vinaigrette

From Bedford.LocallyGrown

Here at Wild Meadows Farm we have the advantage of meeting many different people who come to work and learn. Naturally they bring their favorite recipes to share with us and we quickly adapt them to use whatever we have growing on the farm. Feel free to replace the herbs with what you have available to you, and get creative with some of the other ingredients too. (For example, use Dijon mustard instead of plain yellow).

Hint: if you are looking for a salt-free option, you can always leave out the salt. If you like a salt-like flavor, adding tangy things will help (in this case, more lemon juice).
Vegetarian!

Find Out The Tricks Regarding How To Play Minesweeper

From Easyworknet

Minesweeper is a single-player logic-based computer game played on a rectangular board in which the goal is to locate a predetermined number of randomly placed “mines” in the lowest amount of time by clicking on “safe” squares while avoiding mines. Let’s find how to play minesweeper.

The game is over if the player clicks on a mine. Otherwise, a number between 0 and 8 is displayed, indicating the total number of mines in the eight adjacent squares. Finding an “8” in a square meant that all eight adjacent squares had mines, whereas finding a “0” (displayed as a blank) meant that there were no mines in the surrounding squares. A flag may be placed in a square suspected of holding a mine.

The goal of the game is to clear a rectangular board with buried mines without causing explosions by matching the amount of nearby mines in each field at random. The goal of the Minesweeper game is to find all of the safe locations while avoiding the mines buried on the field. Each time you open a tile, your odds of finding a miner rise by 1%, and finding one means the game is finished regarding how to play minesweeper.

There will never be a mine beneath the initial tile you click; clicking a square eliminates a portion of the unlabeled grid of squares, and the remainder are numbered. If you’re new to Minesweeper, keep in mind that clicking the first square will never give you a lower mine.

Safe squares include numbers that indicate how many mines are nearby. It is your responsibility to use numbers to determine which vacant squares contain mine and which are safe for clicking. On higher levels, you must mark the squares that you suspect contain mine until you can confirm they do. The higher the level, the more dubious squares must be clicked to clear them.

When you click one of the suspect squares, some of them disappear, some remain empty, and others have numbers. If a player clicks on the safety square, a square will appear that is either blank (my own) or has a number between 1 and 8. It is important regarding how to play minesweeper.

When a number has the right number of flags, clicking on it will open all the cells surrounding it. This is called a chord because in previous versions, pushing two buttons, left and right, at the same time was necessary, which may be adjusted in settings. Using chords avoids wasted clicks and lays the groundwork for effective gameplay.

There is no mode for guessing (NG)
One of the finest ways to learn how to play is to play in no-guess mode. You are given a starting position in this mode and never have to guess to complete the board. If you get stuck, the bottom right of the screen has a free hint button. You should always remember this concerning how to play minesweeper.

Beginner minesweeper boards are 8 × 8 or 9 × 9; intermediate boards are 16 × 16, and expert boards are 30 × 16. Given that you are reading this post, it is safe to presume that you are a beginner. As a result, the novice board is most suited to you. However, you are able to select the level of difficulty that you desire. Best wishes!

The mine symbol is uncomplicated. If you notice a mine on your gaming board, it implies you have stepped on a mine. And, exactly like in the real world, coming upon a mine is bad news. Fortunately, in Minesweeper, the worst news a mine brings is that you have lost the game, and the game is finished regarding how to play minesweeper.
Vegetarian! Vegan!
